Please read these Terms carefully before using or continuing to use this Site. By using or continuing to use the Site, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood and are bound by the terms and you agree to, and accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms. . If you do not agree to all the Terms of this agreement, please leave the site immediately and not access the services of this site.


Terms & Conditions

The Site offers a math learning (motive to make math easy) platform for the Students/Parents seeking tutoring services and to Tutors seeking to provide tutoring services, and to any other entity on whose behalf users accept these Terms. The term "you" or "You" or "User" or "Users" shall refer to Students and/or Parents and/or Tutors who access this Site, Tutors or any person or entity, who views, uses, accesses, browses or submits any content or material to the Site. These Terms are entered into by and between math expertise (www.mathexpertise.com )

and they govern the relationship between you and us. In the event the Terms conflict with any other document/policy/content on our Website, the Terms will prevail over them, for the purposes of usage of the Website. If any provision of the Terms is held invalid by any law or regulation of any government, or by any court or arbitrator, the parties agree that such provision will be replaced with a new provision that accomplishes the original business purpose, and the other provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.

The terms & conditions set out in this Website may be altered/amended from time to time depending on the policies of Math Expertise. Math Expertise reserves the right to change, add or delete any term or conditions for use of Math Expertise. Users and Tutors agree to comply with all such changes or alterations of terms and conditions and also agree not to challenge any alteration or change in the terms and conditions of Math Expertise.


User and/or Tutor agree to update themselves with the terms and conditions of Math Expertise Time to Time or regularly. We request you to read and understand them as often as possible as it may not be possible for us to intimate you on every change that occurs in these terms & conditions.

Conditions particularly relevant to students and parents or any person acting on behalf of the student (Collectively referred to as users)

  • Each Tutor is not an employee or partner of Math Expertise. The website www.mathexpertise.com
  • Provide service to aid students, their parents or any other visitors (collectively referred to as Users) to making connecting with Tutors. Users accept that the tuition services (“Tuition Arrangements”) is with the Tutor(s) and not with Math Expertise. It is the responsibility of the Users and the Tutor to come to mutual agreement as to the terms of the Tuition Arrangement e.g. time, place and duration.
  • Use of the website www.mathexpertise.com is entirely at User and Tutors own risk. Users and Tutors accept that Math Expertise is not responsible or liable for any harm or damage that may occur as a result of using the Math Expertise website. Students are responsible for selecting the right tutor for their needs. While hiring, Students should review and examine each tutor's self-reported credentials, education, and experience, as well as reviews from other students. You can check these details from the tutor profile (Tutor Dashboard). Please ask the tutor to show your credential before trial class if you satisfy the tutor credentials when take a trial class or continue the tuitions. In case a student is minor or differently-abled, the tutoring sessions should be supervised by a responsible adult preferably a family member/parent/guardian of such student. Students below 18 years should mandatorily provide the name and number of the guardian.

    Math Expertise provide only leads andMath expertise does not verify any lead that occurs through the website and any other means it’s tutor responsibility to check the authenticity of lead. tutor strongly recommended that to check students details like address he /she ( students and/or parents and/or user) is present on the same address that provide by students etc. math expertise is not responsible or liable for any harm or damage in any condition. (“Leads” means students who enrol for Courses on Site or any other sources, in case of minor student the parent or guardian who enrols their child or ward for the Courses on Site or any other sources.

    It is strongly recommended that both Users and Tutors familiarize themselves with Math Expertise safety recommendations before commencing a Tuition Arrangement.

    Math Expertise may make available one or more third-party verification services that enable Users of the Site to inquire about information including, but not limited to, another User's identity and criminal history. Use of third-party verification service is voluntary for both the party requesting the verification and the party undergoing the verification. You agree that Math Expertise shall not be held responsible or liable in any way if any information provided by a third-party verification service is inaccurate or incomplete.

    Math Expertise reserves the right to carry out both regular and random discreet background/reference checks, as part of its routine operating procedure, without giving any justification to the tutor or anybody else.

    If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.

    When contacting Math Expertise through the website, you will be required to submit information in relation to yourself (or the student on whose behalf you are acting), your tuition requirements, etc. In doing so, you agree for this information to be shared with the potential Tutor and Math Expertise and partner website (tutorial service).

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Math Expertise and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Math Expertise, or by the posting by Math Expertise of a revised version. Further Users and /or Tutor confirms and declare that they are competent to enter into an agreement and are not barred by any contractual or legal obligation. Minor users and/or Tutors shall act through their parents or guardian and Math Expertise may seek the confirmation and acceptance of the terms and conditions of Math Expertise from the Parents or Guardian of the minor User or Tutors in any manner it likes.

    Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the website will be governed by the laws of India, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.

    The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement shall be entitled to costs and legal fees.

    All users and visitors to the website and taking any service from Math Expertise, agree not to promote an external business, product or service to any user or visitor of the website without the express permission of Math expertise. For any material or links which Users or Tutors enter in (use of) the website. Users or Tutors are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that content. That is the case regardless of what form the Content takes, which includes, but is not limited to text, photo, video, audio, presentations, code or programs. By making Content available, Tutors and Users represent and warrant that your Content does not violate these terms.

    Reporting Misconduct: If the Tutor or anyone who you feel is acting or has acted inappropriately, including but not limited to any one who (i) engages in offensive, violent or sexually inappropriate behaviour, or (ii) engages in any other disturbing conduct, you should immediately report such person to the appropriate authorities and then to Math Expertise by contacting us with your police station and report number; provided that your report will not obligate us to take any action beyond that required by law (if any) or cause us to incur any liability to you.

    First Trial Class policy • Every tutor of Math Expertise Requires to provide First Trial Class (free). If not satisfactory to the Student, will be free of charge (“Trial Class Guarantee”). If you have pre-paid for the first lesson, the Tutor will refund you upon request. • If the Tutor not provide first Trail Class (free) and charge for first-class, will lead to suspension of the Tutor from the website and another partner website (treat as a violation of Terms of use). If you believe a Tutor is in breach of this policy, please raise this with them in the first instance; if this does not resolve the situation, please contact Math Expertise.

    Translation of Terms of service These Terms of Service are originally written in English (India) by Math Expertise. We can translate these Terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms of Service and the English version, the English version will control.

    Payment Math Expertise provides an electronic payment facility to enable users to easily pay. We recommended you to pay tuition fees directly to math expertise to avoid any disputes. We will pay tutor this fee after completion of classes and end of the month. The main aim to provide electronic payment facility to secure users payment (tuition fees) in this case if you (Users) pay fees directly to Math Expertise, this fee is transferred to tutor end of the month or completion of classes. If you (Users) pay fees directly to the tutor, you (users) accept that Math Expertise is not involved in the actual transaction and execution of a Tuition Agreement between Students and Tutors. Therefore, in the event of a dispute between Users and Tutors, Users and Tutors release Math Expertise from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) in any way connected with any such dispute.

    Refund Math Expertise provides Refund on pro-rata basis only if users pay fees directly to Math Expertise. But if users pay fees directly to tutor, it’s strongly recommended to users to obtain a Tutor’s cancellation policy in writing before entering into a Tuition Arrangement, as clear communication usually avoids any disputes. If user-pay fees to tutor directly, to understand by Math Expertise both users and tutors agree to each other for payment in this case Users and Tutors release Math Expertise from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) in any way connected with any such dispute. An example cancellation policy that a Tutor may use is as follows: if a lesson is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time, there will be no charge. If cancelled within 2 hours, 50% of the scheduled lesson time may be charged; if cancelled within 1 hour of the start time (or a student fails to show), 100% of the scheduled lesson time may be charged. If a student is late to a lesson, the charge may be made from the scheduled start time.

    Arbitration Math Expertise can try to arbitrate any dispute arising between a User and a Tutor but offers no guarantees in this regard. Please contact us if you have a dispute that you would like us to attempt to arbitrate.

    Termination Math Expertise may terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

    Accuracy of Content: Special care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this Website. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this Website, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Math Expertise shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this Website.

    Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Math Expertise, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the App and website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

    Eligibility to Use The website can be used only by persons competent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. A person should be 18 years of age or older to take tutoring services (free trials) or perform any other transactions at Math Expertise. If you are a minor, i.e. under the age of 18 you can use the website or perform any transaction only through your parent or legal guardian. Students below 15 years should mandatorily provide the name and number of the guardian. Math expertise will not be responsible for any consequence that arises as a result of misuse of any kind of the Website that may occur by virtue of any person including a minor using the services provided through the Website. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and / or refuse to provide you with access to the Website if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.

    Enrolments, Payment Terms and Obligations: Math Expertise reserves the right to display tutor profile, Tutors Listings will be made publicly available via the Site, You understand and agree that the placement or ranking of Listings in search results (our best tutors) may depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, Tutors and Students preferences, ratings. Users will be able to view your profile via the Site or through your dashboard. You understand and agree that once a Student requests enrolment for your Course, you may not request the Student to pay a higher price than that mentioned in the Site or decided by Math Expertise.

    Math expertise has a Right to show your credentials to parents (user) if asked. You acknowledge and agree that you alone are responsible for any and all Listings and Member Content you post. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that any Listing you post and the enrollment of Student for a Course in a Listing you post (i) will not breach any agreements you may have entered into with any third parties or any intellectual property rights of any third party, and (ii) will (a) be in compliance with all applicable laws, including Intellectual Property laws, and rules and regulations that may apply to any Course included in a Listing you post (including having all required permits, licenses and registrations), and (b) not conflict with the rights of third parties. Please note that Math Expertise assumes no responsibility for a Tutor's compliance with any agreements with or duties to third parties, applicable laws, rules and regulations. Math Expertise reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any Listing for any reason, including Listings that Math Expertise, in its sole discretion, considers being objectionable for any reason, in violation of these Terms or Math Expertise's then-current Standards, Trademark & Branding Guidelines, or otherwise harmful to the Site, Application or Services

    As a Tutor, you understand and agree that Math Expertise does not act as your contracting agent. If a Student requests an enrollment for your Course and attends at your lectures including (e-lectures), seminars, webinars, sessions, classes,(online class or home tuition or group tuition/classes) any agreement you enter into with such Student is between you and the Student and Math Expertise is not a party to it As a Tutor, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals who conduct the Course on your behalf, excluding the Students.

    To enrol as a tutor at Math Expertise, a person is required to have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor's or higher or equivalent degree in the subject matter in which he desires to provide tuition, from an institute /university recognized by law. The tutor is expected to have a thorough knowledge of the subject he plans to teach. Any (prospective) tutor can read the terms and understand the working of our website, fill in the form and submit their Resume and Educational Documents, submit their Profile for approval. Tutors whose profiles are uploaded by us may offer tutor services through our Site subject to Terms and Conditions. Selection/ Approval of profile of a Tutor on the Site is solely at our discretion and we neither divulge all our criteria nor are bound to disclose reasons for not uploading profile of any prospective tutors.

    The Tutors and prospective tutors will be required to certify that all information they provide in their Resume/Profile is true and correct to the best of their knowledge We do not guarantee any minimum number of tutor sessions and we would not be liable to offer any compensation or damages of any nature to Tutor if Math Expertise deactivates a Tutor account or if a Student discontinues /chooses to not extended tutor sessions for any reason whatsoever.

    a. Under no circumstances may a tutor ask for or accept payment directly from any student/parent if student/ parent agrees to transfer payment to Math Expertise. b. If any student suggests or solicits tutor to do work (including tutoring, assignment help or any other kind of work) for student external to the Math Expertise system, tutor agrees to immediately report this event to Math Expertise by phone and in writing. c. Tutor will not attempt external solicitation of work (including tutoring, assignment help or any other kind of work) from any student, nor will tutor accept any work from such students external to the Math Expertise system. All work for a student will be done via the Math Expertise system only. d. For all commitments/representations of Tutor to Student other than those which are mentioned on the website, Tutor alone would be liable and responsible towards Student, and shall also keep us indemnified and harmless against all such claims/disputes. e. Violation of Tutor Conduct Code - Without limitation to other remedies available to Math Expertise, a tutor found to be in violation of above code of conduct agrees to pay Math Expertise for all consequential losses of revenues, earnings, and fees and also reimburse us for all costs and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) related to investigating such breach and pursuing collection of damages. f. For Online Tuitions only (Not applicable for home tuitions): Tutor will not in any way solicit any personal information from any student(such as birth date, email address, phone number, home address, messenger ID, or any other type of contact information). If for any reason tutor needs to obtain such information from the student then the tutor will first contact Math Expertise in writing explaining the need. g. For Online Tuitions only (Not applicable for home tuitions): If any student ever discloses personal information to tutor (such as birth date, email address, phone number, home address, messenger ID, or any other type of contact information), or asks tutor for any such personal information, tutor agrees to immediately report this event to Math Expertise by phone and in writing.

    Rating Criteria Tutors are not permitted to discuss reviews with students or to make any comments or suggestions to the student regarding any future or past Review. Math Expertise does not censor reviews or investigate them for accuracy, Math Expertise is not legally responsible for the remarks that students post, even if those remarks are defamatory.

    Confidentiality of Math Expertise Information: You may obtain direct access via the Site to certain confidential information of Math Expertise and its affiliates, including without limitation technical, contractual, product, program, pricing, marketing and other valuable information that should reasonably be understood as confidential ("Confidential Information"). You must hold Confidential Information in strict confidence. All right, title and interest in the Confidential Information remain with Math Expertise and its affiliates. The Terms impose no obligation upon you with respect to Confidential Information that you can establish by legally sufficient evidence: (a) you possessed prior to your receipt from Math Expertise, without an obligation to maintain its confidentiality; (b) is or becomes generally known to the public through no act or omission by you, or otherwise without violation of the Terms; (c) you obtained from a third party who had the right to disclose it, without any obligation to keep such information confidential; (d) you independently developed without the use of Confidential Information and without the participation of individuals who have had access to it, or (e) in response to a valid order by a court or other governmental body, as otherwise required by law, or as necessary to establish the rights of either party under these Terms and as disclosed after prior notice to Math Expertise adequate to afford Math Expertise the opportunity to object to the disclosure.

    Assumption of Risk: You agree and understand that you assume all risks when using the Site, including without limitation any and all of the risks associated with any online or offline interactions with other Users. You agree to take all necessary precautions, including without limitation following the recommendations set forth in Math Expertise's Tutor and Student Safety Tips, when interacting with other users. It is recommended that an adult should always be present for tutoring sessions if the student is under the age of eighteen.

    Other Math Expertise reserves the right to display advertisements, third party or otherwise, on any part of the website. There is a Site messaging system for making correspondences with us. Math Expertise does not, however, guarantee delivery of all messages. The copyright in all materials provided on this website is held by Math Expertise, or by the original creator of the material. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The test series of math available only for class 9th to 12th class students. Math expertise Have right to withdraw test series service without any notice to the user. Math Expertise is not responsible for student’s results, Users and Tutors release Math Expertise from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) in any way connected with any such dispute Temporary services suspended due to COVID 19 The student portal (students practice test) or student login option is temporarily suspended due to course changes because of COVID 19 and the tutor selection process also affected.
